Price list and reservation
Prices depend on the date and the type of accommodation. Children under 3 years stay for free.
To secure a reservation, a booking fee (deposit) of at least 30% of the total accommodation price must be paid, with the remaining balance due upon arrival at the property. By paying the deposit, guests officially book their stay. The booking fee (deposit) is entirely non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including:
- cancellation by the guest,
- cancellation by the owner,
- inability to occupy the property,
- force majeure events.
Force majeure includes unforeseeable events (war, pandemic, government interventions, natural disasters, etc.).
By paying the booking fee (deposit), the guest explicitly agrees to its non-refundable nature.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy is determined by the owner.
Cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing.
If the canceled dates are successfully rebooked, the owner may, at their sole discretion, refund part or all of the deposit after deducting any incurred expenses.
It is recommended to take out travel insurance in case of cancellation.

On the day of arrival, check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please inform us in advance of your estimated time of arrival. On the day of departure, guests are kindly requested to check out by 10:00 a.m.
